Oral
and poster presentations:
Oral
presentations will be 15 minutes, with 5 minutes allowed
for questions. Slide, overhead projectors and PowerPoint
facilities will be available.
Posters
are encouraged, and will be displayed for the duration
of the conference. Each poster will be allocated 1 x 1.5m
only
Submission
of abstracts:
Abstracts
are invited for the conference for either an oral or poster
presentation. Abstracts should be received no later
than 31st July 2001. Abstracts can be submitted
either as an e-mail attachment or on disc with a high
quality printed copy.
Please
submit abstracts in Microsoft Word 2000 or previous versions;
RTF; or compatible software. They should be no more than
250 words and in Times New Roman font. Titles should be
in 14pt capitals and bold, author’s names in 14pt normal,
and the text of the abstract in 12pt.
The
presenting author’s name should be underlined, and the
authors’ names, when from more than one institution, clearly
linked by symbols to their relevant address. An e-mail
address for the primary author may also be included.
A
blank line should be left between the title and authors
and their addresses, and two lines left between the address
line(s) and the start of the text. Text should be left
and right justified.
Abstracts
